Podcasts are becoming an increasingly important tool in science communication. They offer a way to present key research topics to diverse audiences—ranging from specialized expert interviews to accessible introductions for the public. Recognizing this potential, NFDI4Health explored the topic in its “How to Podcast” workshop.

The consortium NFDI4Health has just published a second call for project funding for the year 2025. Under the title "Transparency of Research Studies: Establishment of Local Data Hubs as Part of Research Data Management in NFDI4Health," projects are supported that establish decentralized data registries at study sites.

A recent DFG discussion paper examines the challenges and opportunities involved in developing digital information infrastructures for research practice and calls for close collaboration among all stakeholders. NFDI4Health welcomes the paper and aligns itself with the DFG regarding the identified fields of action to promote interoperability, cooperation, and sustainability.
