Our Helpdesk is the point of contact for all questions – whether related to organisational matters, the management of personal health data from clinical, epidemiological, or public health research, or regarding our tools and services. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist! The helpdesk was set up as a prototype during the first phase of the project and is now being further developed in the second phase. No, the support provided by our Helpdesk team is offered free of charge by NFDI4Health.

Our Helpdesk team of Data Stewards coordinates the enquiries. In many cases, these can be answered directly. For more specific questions, the Data Stewards will forward the enquiries to our relevant experts (clinical and epidemiological researchers, lawyers, service providers) within the NFDI4Health consortium to ensure your question is answered promptly.

Our helpdesk actively collaborates with helpdesks from other thematically related NFDI consortia (DataPLANT, FAIRagro, GHGA, NFDI4Biodiversity, NFDI4Bioimage, NFDI4Chem, NFDI4Earth, NFDI4Health, NFDI4Immuno, NFDI4Microbiota) to enhance our collective support capabilities. By sharing best practices, resources, and expertise, we ensure a streamlined and efficient approach to user assistance across different areas.
