The NFDI4Health Health Study Hub has undergone a fundamental upgrade to make access to study information easier, faster, and more intuitive for users. New features, expanded content, and technical enhancements now enable datasets to be found and reused more efficiently.

In order to provide better support to researchers, NFDI consortia from the geosciences, chemistry, and life sciences are intensifying their collaboration.
From 26 to 28 March 2025, the conference of the Network for Evidence-Based Medicine (EbM) took place at the University of Freiburg. NFDI4Health was represented with a workshop that introduced participants to the basics of research data management and the FAIR sharing of study data.
The NFDI has been selected as one of 13 organisations to support the development of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). The goal is to create an open platform for European research and to enable transparent and secure access to research data. NFDI4Health congratulates the NFDI on this appointment and is pleased to contribute to the ongoing development of the EOSC Federation.
Podcasts are becoming an increasingly important tool in science communication. They offer a way to present key research topics to diverse audiences—ranging from specialized expert interviews to accessible introductions for the public. Recognizing this potential, NFDI4Health explored the topic in its “How to Podcast” workshop.
NFDI4Health was once again represented at the Semantic Web Applications and Technologies for Life Science and Health Care (SWAT4HCLS 2025). The event took place from 24 to 27 February 2025 in Barcelona.
Two inspiring and exciting days of the NUM Convention 2025 are now over. Over 500 individuals from the field of medical research gathered to discuss new approaches for their research, engage in professional exchanges across 20 sessions, and take advantage of valuable networking opportunities. NFDI4Health was represented with two contributions.
