Deutsch Fraunhofer SCAI developed the software syndat. Syndat allows the user to statistically analyze synthetic data in comparison to real data. The synthetic data can be visualized and outliers with regard to the real data can be identified and eliminated. In addition, syndat provides different measures to analyse the privacy of synthetic data. Syndat can be installed locally and thus allows dealing with patient data within a data holding organization in a secure manner.
