The next meeting of the TMF AG Data Quality and Transparency will focus on the planning of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the concept of a European Data Quality Label.

NFDI4Health will open its Friday Lecture on 31 January 2025 on the topic of "Synthetic Data in Health Research". Holger Fröhlich and Fabian Prasser, will present synthetic data as a tool to overcome data protection challenges and promote scientific progress. The lecture will be held online and is open4all. 

The Meet-the-Data@Gesundheitsforsuchung webinar series, hosted by NFDI4Health & BIH QUEST, presents valuable datasets from leading research institutes across various fields of health sciences.

Biomedical researchers work with a wide range of data - from clinical or epidemiological study data organised in tabular form to image data and genomic sequences. This diversity is also reflected within the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI). Five consortia serve as contact points for biomedical research. 

The NUM Convention 2025 will take place on 25 and 26 February at the bcc at Alexanderplatz in Berlin. This event will bring together stakeholders from the fields of clinical research, health data, and digital health to discuss current developments in medical research and the importance of a sustainable and connected research infrastructure.

NFDI4Health opens its Friday Lecture on 29 November 2024 on the topic of "Data and metadata: moving ahead". Our guest speaker Christian Lovis will provide insights on the organization of medical data through data models. The lecture will take place online and is open4all.
