Task Area 1 assumes the overarching management of the entire consortium and ensures the smooth interaction of all areas. The employees in this area are responsible for project management, including budget planning, controlling, contract management, internal communication, and reporting. Additionally, they ensure the functionality of the governing bodies. Task Area 1 represents the NFDI4Health Consortium to policymakers, funders, and research data infrastructures, fostering collaboration with them. Furthermore, a business model will be developed to ensure the sustainable operation of the infrastructures and services, in line with the needs of the community.
