NFDI4Health contributes two events to the DVMD conference’s programme.
Matthias Löbe from Institute for Medical Informatics, Statistics and Epidemiology (IMISE) Leipzig moderates two sessions on FAIR data quality indicators [Abstract]. Besides introductory inputs on data quality assurance and the presentation of data quality indicators, the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII) introduces their concept for tool-independent data quality indicators and presents options to FAIRify such indicators. Additionally, the sessions aim to produce a discussion on requirements and deficiencies of these concepts.
The team around Carina Vorisek from Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) will give a talk in the session on current standards and interoperability [Abstract]. There, she is going to introduce the HL7 FHIR profile which was developed by NFDI4Health and allows to map our metadata schema to different standards.
