We are pleased to introduce the first prototype of our helpdesk. We are testing the technical foundations and organisational processes for a helpdesk that should be fully developed and structurally integrated during the second funding phase. It is particularly important to us that the helpdesk is adapted as effectively as possible to the needs of our community. Test the new feature – we look forward to your suggestions and feedback!
