TA1 “Coordination”

Key activities of TA1 concern the establishment of functional bodies and of the project governance. The interaction between partners and functional bodies will be facilitated via an internal web platform (extranet) for documents, meetings and telephone/video conferences. Regular meetings of the Steering Committee (SC) in combination with close monitoring of work progress (defined by milestones and deliverables) will enable early identification of bottlenecks and initiation of necessary adaptations to ensure a smooth workflow. The administrative management is responsible for the preparation of the periodic activity report and the summary financial report including justification of resources and amendments.
